AGORA rewards you, the user, for submitting Content, inviting your friends and other behaviors. Rewards will be given in the form of virtual coins or incentives to be used on the AGORA mobile application. The coins will be redeemable against free products or other goods that are as stated on the Platform using the Product Redemption feature on the mobile application. By redeeming your virtual coins for products on the platform, you are accepting these Terms.

Use of Coins

You can only redeem one product or good, regardless of color or other variant, offered per day or sales period, as specified. The coins are not transferable. These coins have no cash value and no cash or other alternatives will be offered for this product. You cannot transfer, substitute or redeem rewards for cash. AGORA has the right to revoke, amend or cancel coins or the rules governing them at any time, at its sole discretion.

Products will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability, so once a product has been depleted such a product may no longer be available. You may only redeem a product using your coins THREE times per month. You may only redeem a Mega Treat ONCE per month.


You may only redeem your coins for a product if you have a shipping address in the United Kingdom.

You may not redeem your coins for a product if you are under the age of 15 although we may provide products suitable for children to adults. If you are under 15, you may use the non-Product Redemption parts of the AGORA mobile application but you may not redeem coins for product. By redeeming coins for product, you represent that you are 15 years of age or older.

Expiration of Coins

The coins expire one year from the date you receive them.

Disingenuous Use of Coins

The intention of our coins is to reward real users for legitimate activities such as referring their friends to join AGORA. We reserve the right to revoke coins or suspend your account should we suspect you of disingenuous behaviour at our sole discretion. Disingenuous behaviour could include but is not limited to:

Please note that product redemption is optional. By redeeming coins for product, you acknowledge and agree that we might share your personal data and content with the brand / product supplier who is providing those products to us as well as any fulfillment agent.

Your rights to make changes

You cannot cancel your redemption or return your redeemed product. Coins will not subsequently be reissued. If you wish to contact us for any other reason regarding your redeemed product, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject “Product Redemption.”

Our rights to make changes

We may change the product and the product description on our platform to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to amend the coin rules at any time with our sole discretion. We may decide to ban you from or not honor your product redemptions at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraudulent or disingenuous behaviour.

All redeemable product details are at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to substitute a redeemable product of comparable or greater value, at our sole discretion.

Providing the products

The costs of delivery of the redeemed product will be borne by AGORA, unless you are informed otherwise. During the redemption process, we will request your shipping address and email address. The products will be delivered as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days after the day on which you redeemed your coins for your product. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control

If the supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to receive a virtual coin refund for any products you redeemed but did not receive.

We are not responsible for the product

Following the successful delivery of a redeemed product, we have no responsibility for the standard, quality or otherwise of any goods. If you believe damage has been caused during shipping, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject “Product Redemption.”

When you become responsible for the products

The products will be your responsibility from the time the products are delivered to the address you gave us.

How to tell us about problems.

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights. If you have any questions or complaints about the product, please contact us by email at [email protected] with the subject “Product Redemption.”


We are not liable for losses due to Product Redemption. We only supply the products for domestic and private use through our platform. The products cannot be used for any commercial, business or resale purpose.

The documents sent with a Product, or the packaging or labelling of a Product may contain instructions for use, warnings, contra-indications and other notices. You must read and follow these notices carefully and ensure others who use the Products do so. We will not be legally responsible to you if any of these are not observed.

We are only an intermediary between the brand / product supplier and you. We are not liable for any damages caused directly or indirectly by the redeemed products.
